About the Role

Svarn Herbals Pvt. Ltd., a growing entity under the Svarn Group, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sales. The role involves expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our presence in the healthcare sector through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product lines.
  • Identify and acquire new clients in hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Promote products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers, ensuring product knowledge and awareness.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.
  • Strong network and contacts in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
