Hybrid Mode Position
Exp: 3 - 5 Years

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and creative eLearning Training Developer to design and develop engaging and visually appealing digital training content. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather relevant data, perform thorough content analysis, and translate findings into impactful eLearning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and visually compelling eLearning deliverables for various training projects.

  • Collaborate with SMEs to gather input, analyze training needs, and design effective instructional content.

  • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and learner-focused training modules.

  • Storyboard and script eLearning content based on project requirements.

  • Ensure that deliverables meet learning objectives and align with organizational goals.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Instructional Design methodologies and adult learning principles.

  • Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, or equivalent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and content delivery.

  • Experience in eLearning content development and storyboarding.

  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.

  • Experience in corporate or academic training environments.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
