is tasked with building end user training materials to support the adoption of all changes Principle Accountabilities Design and develop training programs courses and materials that meet organizational needs Work with Change Leads to understand training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement Gather feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to training content and methods Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes Measures of Success High quality engaging training materials are created and deployed as per Programme timelines Key responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles Proficient in using learning management systems LMS and other training tools e g Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Exceptional organizational and project management skills Effective communication and people skills Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM SFA and ERP with ability to discuss experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Meticulous individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts business models and technologies Excellent communication relationship facilitation and motivational skillsUniversity degree in related discipline with 3 years training creation experienceBehaviours Ability to create clear training materials e-learning quick reference guides simulations etc Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistency across all outputs Key Working Relationships Business Change Senior
