Your role in a nutshell
We're looking for a
Social Media Planner (4 to 5 years experience)
take charge of the strategy and approach behind growing the social media and brand experience of one of our key clients. This role combines
brand strategy
and
social media strategy
, with a strong focus on
trend-driven insights, high-quality content
and
real-time engagement
. Your thinking will be the springboard for innovative campaigns, ensuring fresh work. You have to build strong client relationships with strategic inputs, and delivering measurable results. Your mission:

What Will Keep You Busy During The Day SoMe Strategy

  • Lead the strategic development of social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, plus B2B & PR-focused platforms).
  • Monitor trends and react quickly with fresh, innovative ideas and formats.
  • Introduce new content types (reels, short-form video, interactive posts) aligned with client goals.

Content Planning

  • Create publishing schedules ahead of time
  • Guide and oversee content creation in collaboration with creative teams and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control and
    brand stewardship
    for all posts (Tone of Voice, Brand persona alignment, Social Objectives alignment etc).

Content Creation

  • Attend industry and cultural events (festivals, sponsorship activations) to spark engaging, real-time content.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the client in a partnership spirit, building trust and credibility.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, YT) and content formats & trends
  • Ability to create amazing decks, that are fresh and in with the times
  • Proven track record of trend adaptation and innovative content ideation.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating multi-channel ideas
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Flexibility and readiness to work on-site at events or during travel.
  • Creative thinking combined with strategic vision.
