Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, trend-spotter, and strategic planner who can engage audiences, grow communities, and amplify brand reach across platforms.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with Umbrella Aegis' brand vision.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep our brand relevant.
  • Manage daily social media interactions, responding to comments, messages, and DMs in a brand-consistent tone.
  • Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce visually appealing and compelling posts.
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Prepare monthly reports on performance metrics, audience growth, and engagement rates.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
  • Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for design aesthetics and brand consistency.
