Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement long-term digital strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the digital marketing team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on company-wide digital transformation.

SEO Excellence

  • Drive holistic SEO strategies (on-page, off-page & technical).
  • Consistently grow organic traffic and top search engine rankings.

Paid Media & Google Ads

  • Manage high-budget, multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Search, Display, YouTube & social platforms).
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversions.

Analytics & Insights

  • Establish clear KPIs and track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and growth strategies.

Content & Brand Growth

  • Oversee engaging and impactful content across ads, blogs, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Innovation & Industry Trends

  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes, and digital innovations.
  • Implement automation, tools, and best practices to boost efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven digital marketing experience with strong SEO and Google Ads expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high-budget performance campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Manager, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
