About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Male Candidate) to spearhead our digital growth. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing who can drive ROI-focused campaigns, scale digital channels, and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute long-term digital strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower the digital marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive company-wide digital transformation.

SEO Excellence

  • Lead comprehensive SEO initiatives (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Drive sustained organic traffic growth and top search rankings.

Google Ads & Paid Media

  • Manage high-budget, multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead generation, and conversions.

Analytics & Insights

  • Define clear KPIs and monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other advanced tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights and growth recommendations to leadership.

Content & Brand Growth

  • Oversee impactful content strategies across blogs, ads, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent, engaging brand messaging across all digital channels.

Innovation & Industry Trends

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
  • Introduce new tools, automation, and best practices to maximize efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing with specialized expertise in SEO and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-budget performance campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Manager, etc.
  • Experienced in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.

Job Type: Full-time
