We are looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Team Leader to plan, implement, and oversee our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead the digital marketing team, drive online growth, and ensure consistent brand visibility and performance across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including social media executives, content creators, designers, and SEO specialists.
  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Create strategies to increase online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and reports to management.
  • Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, design, and content) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, algorithms, and emerging tools to enhance marketing performance.
  • Guide the team in content planning, keyword strategy, and ad performance optimization.
  • Conduct regular reviews and training sessions to improve team skills and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
