Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Promote and sell tour packages (domestic & international), air tickets, hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance, and other related services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and customized travel solutions based on client requirements.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline deals, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM/software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
