Preferred skills and qualifications

  • BE/B Tech in Mechanical
  • 15 Years of Operation and Maintenance experience in Aluminium Refinery/Cement Industry/Metal & Ore Mining
  • Proven success working in an industrial setup
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail

Objectives of this role

  • Maintain constant communication with client, Department Heads, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety and quality assurance protocols
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team (400 approx) within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
  • Time management, resource optimization
  • Oversee Tools, Tackles and Consumable inventory management and to review periodically
  • Conduct reviews meetings and make roadmap for further improvement

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
