Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager – Sales to optimize our sales processes and support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of sales strategies, processes, and performance targets across departments.

  • Oversee sales pipeline management and ensure timely reporting and forecasting accuracy.

  • Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and reduce cycle times.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze sales performance and customer trends.

  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular dashboards/reports for senior management.

  • Lead CRM system usage and hygiene, including data integrity, user training, and automation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales campaigns, pricing, and promotional activities.

  • Manage the sales support team and ensure efficient order management, client communication, and issue resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audits and risk assessments.

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, business management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office tools.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational improvements.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities
