Manager - Sales & Operations

Directly involved in sales and marketing.
Analyze sales and marketing data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and
improvement.
Manage and optimize sales processes.
Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance metrics and
insights to stakeholders.
- Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and
documented. Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to all departments in our
business to ensure high quality of service to customers.
- Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales
related meetings as required.
Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings.
Monitor customer feedback regularly and identify areas of improvement in our products and

Provide training and support to sales teams on sales processes, tools, and systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales goals and objectives.
Assist in the development and execution of sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Identify and implement best practices to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
Flexible for travelling.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
Enhance systems, processes, and best practices
Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department
Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards
Uphold health and safety guidelines and enforce compliance.
Monitor employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for
improvement.
Handle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives
Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
25 .Negotiate contracts for favorable pricing with suppliers and vendors.
- Optimize business travel processes, secure corporate rates, automate expense reports, and
ensure compliance.
Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs.
Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings.
Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and training
Report on operational efficiency and quality standards
Responsible for planning the event calendar, developing detailed event plans, and executing
events to drive sales growth and achieve targets
Requirements –
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting processing.
