Job Summary:
The Manpower Management Executive (Post-Hiring) is responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, deployment, retention, and utilization of employees after recruitment. This role bridges the gap between hiring and long-term workforce effectiveness by aligning manpower resources with business needs, monitoring employee performance, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Deployment
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring employees are integrated into the organization effectively.
Allocate and deploy manpower as per project/departmental requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during deployment.
- Workforce Planning & Allocation
Maintain updated manpower records, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower gaps and suggest redeployment or new hiring needs.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and workforce availability.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
Support employee engagement programs and activities to boost morale and reduce attrition.
Address post-hiring concerns, including grievances, workplace adjustment, and career development queries.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to provide insights for retention strategies.
- Performance & Compliance
Track and monitor employee performance during the probationary and initial employment period.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
Prepare reports on manpower utilization, productivity, and employee performance.
- Coordination & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with recruitment, payroll, training, and operations teams to ensure smooth workforce management.
Recommend improvements in manpower management processes.
Contribute to workforce forecasting and succession planning initiatives.
