Psychoprodigy is a Government of India registered Ed-Tech startup founded by Akshyat Sharma with a vision of revolutionizing learning psychology in India. Understanding the challenges faced by Indian psychology students, Psychoprodigy aims to provide fun and educational content in psychology for all education levels. The company was established in 2020, to address the gaps in the current education system and enhance the learning experience for psychology students.

Role: Marketing and Operations AssistantRole Description

This is a
part-time hybrid role
(approximately
25-30 hours per week
) based in
New Delhi
. The role requires the candidate to dedicate time
daily
to the responsibilities and will have only
Sundays off
. This is an immediate joining opportunity, with an expected start date in the
first week of November
. The Assistant will be crucial to our brand, combining hands-on content creation with essential administrative and operational support to drive Psychoprodigy's growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Content Creation

  • Video Editing:
    Execute quick edits for YouTube and Instagram content using mobile apps like
    InShot
    or similar software.
  • Graphic Design:
    Create visually appealing social media posts and YouTube thumbnails using design software such as
    Canva
    or
    Adobe Photoshop
    .
  • Strategy:
    Assist in the analysis and
    strategizing of marketing initiatives
    across digital platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Content Scheduling:
    Plan and schedule content across all social media and communication channels.

Operations & Administration

  • Daily Operations:
    Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining internal databases, organizing digital assets, and supporting communication efforts.
  • Customer Support:
    Handle basic customer service inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Data Reporting:
    Track and report on key marketing and operational metrics using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in
    Psychology
    , Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience (Mandatory):
    Minimum of one (1) successful internship
    in a Marketing, Ed-Tech, or a related Business/Operations role.
  • Availability:
    Must be able to dedicate time to the role
    every day (excluding Sundays)
    and commit to an
    immediate joining
    by the first week of November.

  • Creative Tools:
    Proven ability to create visual content using
    Canva
    and/or
    Adobe Photoshop
    .
  • Video Editing:
    Practical experience editing short videos using apps like
    InShot
    (or similar mobile editors).
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to contribute ideas and analysis for marketing strategy development.
  • Operations & Organization:
    Strong
    organizational skills
    and attention to detail for managing administrative tasks.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal English communication
    skills.
  • Analytical:
    Proficiency in
    MS Excel/Google Sheets
    for basic data tracking and analysis.

Work Structure & Location

  • Schedule:
    Part-Time (approx hours/week).
    Only Sundays Off.
  • Format:
    Hybrid (New Delhi). Requires a minimum of
    two (2) offline meetings per month
    at the New Delhi location.
  • Compensation:
    , ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + performance based incentives
