Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Center Head – Manager to lead our wellness center operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the center's daily functions, driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and leading a motivated team that delivers exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through client conversions and repeat business.
  • Create and implement promotional strategies to increase walk-ins and brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize center revenue.
  • Operations Management:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the wellness center.
  • Manage appointments, client experience, and center upkeep.
  • Maintain operational discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the front-desk and wellness staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and skill enhancement sessions.
  • Encourage teamwork and a positive work culture aligned with Go Natural Wellness values.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure a high satisfaction rate.
  • Address client feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the wellness and nutrition team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Marketing & Collaboration:

  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Explore new business collaborations and partnerships to expand reach.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Management, or Wellness).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage center operations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for wellness and holistic living.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Schedule:

  • 6 days a week (Sunday working, one weekly off on a weekday)
  • Day shift
