Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling hygiene products such as sanitizers, hand wash, dish cleaners, multipurpose cleaners, and other related products to HORECA clients (Hospitals/Hotels, Restaurants/Cloud Kitchens, Caterers, Airlines, Railways, and Institutions). The candidate should have strong existing relationships with purchase departments and the ability to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive sales of hygiene products within HORECA and institutional sectors.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and purchase departments.
· Manage product approvals and ensure placement in targeted organizations.
· Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales schemes/offers.
· Collaborate with the marketing team on collaterals, labels & packaging, and digital campaigns.
· Plan and execute product sampling and promotional activities.
· Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate (or higher) degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in selling hygiene products to HORECA and institutional clients.
· Strong key account management skills with proven sales track record.
· Ability to drive product approvals and close large deals.
· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates already selling hygiene products with established networks in HORECA sectors (Hospitals, Hotels, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, Caterers, Airlines, Railways, Institutions).
