Enzo Business Solutions is a dynamic and employee-centric organization focused on growth, performance, and people-first culture. We are currently seeking an experienced female HR Executive who has experience in Logistics Industry to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinate and support the performance management process
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
  • Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and engagement activities
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company HR guidelines
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits and compliance tasks
  • Support cross-functional teams on various HR-related projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience in Logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR tools, practices, and compliance
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Friday)
  • Female candidates only (for team balance and shift allocation)
