About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to handle HR & Operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, operations, and day-to-day HR activities.

Note: Only male candidates with relevant experience and availability for night shifts should apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment during night shift – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
  • Support HR Operations including attendance tracking, payroll coordination, employee record management, and compliance.
  • Handle on-boarding formalities and documentation for new hires.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and generate reports as required.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shift.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
