Job description:

We are seeking an HR professional with proven experience in the BPO industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling employee engagement, grievances, hiring, and welfare initiatives. This role is focused on maintaining a healthy and positive work environment while ensuring HR policies are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.
  • Handle employee grievances with empathy and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for various BPO roles.
  • Conduct policy refresher trainings to ensure compliance and awareness among staff.
  • Organize and execute employee welfare programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and standards.
  • Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships and boost productivity.

Requirements

  • A candidate with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a BPO setup.
  • Strong background in employee engagement, grievance handling, and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee welfare initiatives.
