Job description

Head IT Software Sales - US, Asean, Europe

Roles and Responsibilities

The KRAs include: sales target achievement of ARR and number of new logos in the region.

Roles & Responsibilities include:

  1. Strategy, Planning and Reporting on go-to-market and sales funnels

  2. Customer interactions for end to end sales

  3. LeadGen across geo using various mechanisms

  4. Working with marketing team for lead gen campaigns

  5. Working with product teams for specific client/market requirements

  6. Building, mentoring and leading a team of sales executives

  7. Responsible for customer success with help of customer onboarding team

  8. Responsible for repeat business and renewals

  9. Maintaining automated SFA systems

  10. Building a partner network to augment sales

Travel is a necessary part of the job, and coming into office a couple of times a week is expected within the Covid safety norms, while work from home flexibility is provided.
