Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion of services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and account reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align with overall business objectives and client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree - Mandatory
  • Background in international sales, account management, or client-facing roles (US market preferred).
  • Strong experience in managing international clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or home health operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Willing to work in regular night shifts (10:30PM to 7:30AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
  • Immediate joiners from Trivandrum or near by locations who can join immediately or within 30days will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
