Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager (In-House)
with proven experience in selling
ERP Software, Accounting Software, and Web Solutions
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
international sales
, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to
build, lead, and motivate a sales team
to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role requires strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring to drive sustainable growth for the company's product and service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective
sales strategies and action plans
to achieve company sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
domestic and international markets
. - Create and execute plans for
upselling and cross-selling
ERP, accounting, and web solutions. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2. Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor
sales team members
to build a high-performing, motivated sales force. - Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Manage the entire
sales cycle
— from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure. - Ensure exceptional
customer satisfaction and retention
through proactive communication and support.
4. Performance Management
- Monitor, analyze, and report on
sales metrics
, revenue trends, and team performance. - Implement processes to ensure maximum productivity and accountability.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
5. International Sales Development
- Expand the company's footprint in
global markets
through partnerships, lead generation, and digital outreach. - Develop strategies for entering new international markets and managing cross-border client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years
of proven experience in
software sales
(ERP, Accounting, or Web Solutions). - Demonstrated success in
international sales and business development
. - Strong understanding of software sales cycles, client needs, and technology solutions.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation
skills. - Proficiency in
CRM tools
and sales analytics platforms. - Ability to thrive in a
target-driven
and fast-paced environment.
