
Business Development Associate(Internship)

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Associates (Interns) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within the security & facility management industry.
You will support the Business Development team in identifying new opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and maintaining client databases, while gaining exposure to the end-to-end sales cycle
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in identifying potential clients through market research, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Support in preparing and sending proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update the CRM / lead tracker with accurate information.
- Help with tender research and submission processes (GeM, e-tendering, etc.).
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations alongside senior managers.
- Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or exposure to security/facility management services is a plus (not mandatory).
