Sales Manager Data Entry Project Expert

We are a growing IT and data solutions company specializing in data entry, data processing, and back-office support services. Our mission is to deliver accurate, efficient, and scalable data management solutions for global clients. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Online Bidder who can help us secure data entry projects from international markets through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new data entry and data processing projects through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.), cold outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Create persuasive proposals and bids tailored to client needs and project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of business development or bidding executives to achieve consistent results.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking lead conversion and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, bidding, or business development for data entry or BPO services.
  • Strong understanding of data entry processes, client requirements, and outsourcing models.
  • Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, or PeoplePerHour.
  • Excellent English communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads independently through multiple online and offline channels.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing or leading a small sales/bidding team is an added advantage.
