About the Role

We are looking for a
hands-on Mid-Senior Accounts & Tax Executive
to join our growing remote team in India. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in
US accounting and taxation
, with the ability to independently manage client work, supervise junior staff, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and review client financial data in
    QuickBooks Desktop
    .
  • Prepare and review
    complex Corporate and Individual US Tax Returns
    (Federal and Multi-State).
  • Supervise and train junior staff to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work.
  • Prepare and review
    FBAR, Gift Tax, and Estate Tax returns
    .
  • Interact directly with US clients to resolve accounting or tax-related queries.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation.

Candidate Profile

  • 4–5 years of experience
    in
    US Accounting and Taxation
    .
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting, US tax compliance, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with
    QuickBooks Desktop
    and
    Intuit ProSeries
    (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Experience working directly with US clients.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work long hours during US tax season.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday:
    12:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST
  • Saturday:
    10:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST
