Senior Accountant/Finance officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant
to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of
GST, TDS, financial filings
, and hands-on experience with
Tally ERP
. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the financial decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting activities in Tally ERP
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns
    , including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns
  • Calculate and file
    TDS
    returns on time; ensure TDS compliance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and government regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant (minimum 3–5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of
    GST, TDS, and statutory filings
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP
    and MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling audits
  • Familiarity with other accounting software is a plus
