Are you a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) looking to take full ownership of a company's financial health and compliance framework?

We're looking for a Finance Manager with strong expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Audit & Regulatory Compliance.

This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role that drives financial integrity and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures

Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and accounting controls

Oversee AP, AR, and payroll accounting

Direct Taxation (Income Tax)

Handle ITR filing, TDS compliance (24Q, 26Q), and advance tax calculations

Coordinate tax assessments, appeals, and scrutiny cases

Stay updated with changes in the Income Tax Act

Indirect Taxation (GST)

Ensure accurate GST computation and return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.)

Manage ITC reconciliations and GST audit readiness

Ensure compliance with e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill mandates

Audit & Compliance

Liaise with statutory, tax, and internal auditors

Oversee timely completion of statutory and tax audits (Form 3CD)

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, including ROC filings and board resolutions

What We're Looking For

Qualified CA with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience

Strong command over Indian GAAP, taxation, and regulatory frameworks

Experience in managing audits and financial reporting independently

Proficient in tools like Tally, Excel, and accounting software

Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
