Track key performance metrics (attendance, completion rate, feedback scores, etc.). Recommend improvements to content and delivery based on data and client feedback. Reporting & Documentation:Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and client communications.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and client review. Issue Resolution:Handle escalations related to training schedules, content, platform issues, or client dissatisfaction. Coordinate with technical support or relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
