Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Manager Business Finance to support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. The role involves preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, partnering with business teams to evaluate financial outcomes, and driving initiatives for profitability and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business performance reviews.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support business leaders with investment appraisal, cost-benefit analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare management dashboards, presentations, and reports for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in financial reporting and analysis.
