We're Hiring: Associate – YTM Management | Associate – YTM Operations

We are looking for driven and creative individuals to join our YouTube team. Whether you're passionate about content strategy or execution, these roles offer a chance to work at the forefront of digital content creation and platform growth.

Roles Open:

  • Associate – YTM Management (Content Creation & Channel Growth)
  • Associate – YTM Operations (Execution, Coordination & Performance Monitoring)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow YouTube and Instagram channels end-to-end
  • Edit short-form videos using mobile apps like CapCut, Alight Motion, VN, etc.
  • Create posters and visual content using mobile-friendly tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Brainstorm and implement trendy, high-performing content ideas
  • Monitor channel analytics and performance reports
  • Stay updated with platform trends, viral content formats, and audience behavior

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience managing or supporting YouTube/Instagram accounts (brand, client, or personal)
  • Proficiency with mobile editing and design apps like CapCut, Alight Motion, VN, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to ideate creative hooks, captions, and visuals independently
  • Understanding of thumbnails, titles, platform algorithms, and audience trends
  • Awareness of trending audio, memes, storytelling formats, and digital engagement tactics
