Role Summary

We are seeking an
Associate Project Manager (APM)
to drive
task coordination
across cross-functional teams. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring clarity in task allocation, tracking progress, and enabling smooth execution across
product, engineering, QA, and support teams
.

This is a
coordination-heavy role
, ideal for someone who is
highly organized, proactive, and relentless in follow-ups
, with a knack for keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own
    daily task allocation and progress tracking
    across development, QA, and product teams.
  • Coordinate
    priorities with Product Owners and Engineering Managers
    and reflect them in project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Zoho Projects).
  • Follow up with task owners to ensure
    on-time completion
    and remove blockers.
  • Update task statuses, dependencies, and blockers on a
    daily basis
    .
  • Support sprint planning by ensuring
    accurate scoping, assignment, and documentation
    of tickets.
  • Run
    standups and status calls
    to surface delays and enable faster resolution.
  • Maintain
    dashboards and trackers
    with up-to-date task-level progress.
  • Escalate
    timeline risks and bottlenecks
    to leadership with detailed context.

Required Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in
    task coordination, project management, or delivery support
    roles.
  • Proficiency in project tools like
    Jira, Zoho Projects, ClickUp
    , or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage
    multiple parallel task streams
    with precision.
  • Strong
    follow-up discipline
    and excellent internal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of
    Agile workflows and software development life cycles
    .
  • Comfort working with both
    technical and non-technical stakeholders
    .

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a
    SaaS or eCommerce technology
    company.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Slack, Confluence, and Google Sheets
    .
  • Proactive mindset
    to identify risks, delays, or misalignments early.
