The ideal candidate will assist senior program managers in driving initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. What You'll Do:

As an Associate Program Manager, you will:

  • Support senior program managers in planning and executing projects.
  • Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in tracking timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Help prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues proactively.
  • Contribute to stakeholder communication and client engagement.
  • Learn and use project management tools for scheduling and reporting.
  • Participate in risk assessment and quality assurance processes.

You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management or relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in program/project coordination or management.
  • Basic technical understanding of tech-enabled projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
