Job Description:We are seeking seasoned Program Managers to lead medium and large transformational programs for our clients across geographiesYou will be responsible for managing end to end program lifecycle to ensure successful deliveryYour expertise in program management combined with strong business acumen will be instrumental in achieving client satisfaction and business objectivesKey Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive program plans including work breakdown structures timelines and resource allocationMonitor project progress against timelines and budget identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program successSet up a program governance mechanism by identifying key stakeholders decision makers meeting cadences and reporting project status key milestones RAID etcAbility to drive process improvement and change management initiatives map as is processes pain points gather requirements and recommend best practices for to be processesTechnical Requirements:Responsible for tracking all the requirement called out by the client and respective stake holdersAn overall understanding of the transformation plan from architectural as well as business perspectiveProject Planning Risk and Issue ManagementResponsible to manage the entire project planned as per stipulated timelineHave a foresight visibility of all the transformation risks and issuesAbility to take up the team feedback and reviews from time to timeClient and stakeholder managementProject tracking and scheduling using appropriate toolsPreferred Skills:Foundational->Development Methodology->Scrum->Agile,Foundational->Development Methodology->Waterfall based development,Foundational->Program Management->Large Deal Program Management process,Foundational->Program Management->Program value delivery,Foundational->Program Management->Stakeholder Management
