Job Description: Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore – Church Street (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹10,000 per month + commissions

Perks: Certificate on successful completion of tenure

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, Google My Business, and other platforms.
  • Schedule demo meetings with interested prospects and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and sales targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and follow up for closures.

Requirements

  • Qualification: BSC / BBA / MBA / PGDM (preferred specializations: Marketing, Sales, or International Business).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, handling CRM tools, for reporting and tracking leads.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with CEOs, Founders, and Executives professionally.
  • Interest in working with international markets (Singapore & Dubai).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Freshers and recent graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
