
Executive - Customer Retention and Engagement Unit (CRE)

Responsible for managing all post sales handover, customer engagement program, retention management, loyalty programs. It plays a critical role in maintaining organizations position as a leader in the security industry.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business by providing support, information and guidance.
- Co-ordinates with the internal team for timely resolution and closure of gaps.
- Understanding Client Needs and Requirements
- Ongoing relationship development
- Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Schedule and conduct Training Sessions for development resources and customers.
- Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
- Develop and update client related reports and MIS.

- Is aware of the processes, maintains highest standards and continuously improves.
- Displays out of box thinking and facilitates resolution and is result oriented.
