Responsible for managing all post sales handover, customer engagement program, retention management, loyalty programs. It plays a critical role in maintaining organizations position as a leader in the security industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Co-ordinates with the internal team for timely resolution and closure of gaps.
  • Understanding Client Needs and Requirements
  • Ongoing relationship development
  • Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Schedule and conduct Training Sessions for development resources and customers.
  • Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
  • Develop and update client related reports and MIS.
