Company Description
Padmini Industries Ltd is a well-established manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience in producing Industrial Rubber Hoses, Fire Safety Products, and Fire Suppression Systems. Our manufacturing unit is located along the Delhi-Dehradun National Highway in Village Dunduhera, District Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. Our office is situated at Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include market research, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires visiting clients and attending industry events and meetings to enhance the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to travel within the region and attend meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the sales of products in infra project industry is a plus
