Job description :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong knowledge of industrial norms and labor laws. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and HR operations. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to support the HR function and ensure smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in line with company and legal standards.
  • Support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with government departments and external agencies regarding statutory filings and compliance matters (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports for management review.
  • Coordinate HR operations including leave management, confirmations, and exit formalities.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of industrial norms, labor laws, and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
