Job Description:Primary skills:ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Product ManagerCustomer utilizes the HR Service Delivery HRSD module of the ServiceNow platform as the foundation of our service desk technology for employees located in the United States India and the PhilippinesThis position would provide product strategy discovery and delivery support for the HR Service Desk teams that utilize HRSD for day to day support of employee inquiries and issues

Requirementsexpertise with ServiceNow HRSD as a product strategy leader

Ability to successfully translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering delivery team

Innovative mindset to evaluate new or evolving capabilities on the HRSD platform and provide consulting back to business stakeholders as to how we can leverage these capabilities to solve high priority challenges

Ability to use data to justify why we would pursue an initiative and why we would not

Ability to partner with a team of product managers to collaborate on cross product deliverables

Daily participation and engagement in delivery team standups to ensure successful completion of sprint deliverables

Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
