Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a responsible and self-driven Area Sales Manager who can independently manage the assigned territory, handle clients, and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day sales operations in the assigned area
- Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Prepare accurate sales reports and submit them on time
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock, logistics, and marketing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field
- 3–7 years of area/field sales experience in plywood or laminates.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer products preferred
