What You'll Do Rethink the way B2B sales work with modern AI tools Implement highly automated and personalised outbound motion to target our primary ICP Execute campaigns to identify and nurture prospects across multiple channels Automate Demo bookings & Post-demo follow-ups Execute highly personalised product demo, clearly highlighting the problems being solved Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to activation - measured using funnel KPIs Continuously monitor the performance and optimise the setup Scale without depending on the headcounts using smart AI tools

You Should Have Must be experienced with outbound B2B sales, Sales or business development Must have experience of selling to CTOs, COO or HR Must have a detailed knowledge of modern AI outbound stack Strong with cold outreach, pitching, and lead generation tools Clear communicator with a go-getter mindset Must demonstrate own career goals aligned with company growth Leadership potential and willingness to take ownership
