Acquisition Manager Role Overview

The Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the deposit pool from customers, driving the sale of non-deposit products and cross-selling targets progressively.

This is an opportunity to leverage your sales experience and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and product development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing branch productivity, ensuring overall break-even and P/L of the branch, as well as fostering a positive team culture.

  • Sale of MF and Insurance products
  • Fee Income generation
  • Branch Administration
  • Regulatory Compliance
Requirements:
  • 6 years of banking experience, with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities
  • Proven sales experience and exposure, preferably in Liabilities products
Desirable Qualifications:
  • MBA or CA qualification
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on tactical rather than strategic management
  • In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro-micro economic processes

A seasoned professional with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively liaise with product management teams, marketing centers, and other verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives. Customer satisfaction and delight are paramount in this role.
