Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the
Daman Location
for an
Assistant Production Manager
in the
Fragrance and Flavor division.
The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, managing production schedules, coordinating with the supply chain, and implementing continuous improvement processes. The role involves working closely with various departments to optimize production efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience of 2+years in production management, specifically in the fragrance and flavor industry
  • Strong understanding of quality control and assurance in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in production scheduling and supply chain coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector and familiarity with ISO certifications is a plus
