  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering.

  2. 10-15 years experience in Quartz / Marble process or Batch production process

  3. Managerial skills

a. Demonstrated Leadership, Execution, Analysis and Planning.

b. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  1. Fluent in English and computer applications on ERP Systems.

Description

  1. Oversee the production process; draw up the production schedule as per the product plan.

  2. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting process parameters as needed.

  3. Monitoring product standards and working close with quality-control department.

  4. Ensuring that production is cost effective by working on Cycle time analysis.

  5. Implementation and evolution of EHS procedure along with Compliance.

  6. Monitor and maintain Batch Cycle time along with Operation team and do changes as on needed.

  7. Ensure planned KPIs of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded of the team and overall department.

  8. Monitor the Raw material consumption Budget VS Actual, if any variance work with Operation team to control the same.

  9. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.

Implement and drive continuous improvement activities, change management process and best practice.
