Role & responsibilities

Operation and Maintenance of plastic Injection Moulding Machine (Hydraulic and All Electric), Compression Moulding Machine.

  • Familiar with Stamping Machine, Multi-forming Machine, Turret Punch for Electric component, and Metal plate. It is a fully auto Hydraulic Mechanical PLC based machine.
  • Working Knowledge of Robot and Sprue Picker (Yushin, STAR, WITTMANN, YUDO Make) to take out parts in auto mode from machine.
  • Hand of Experience of Operation and Maintenance of Plant Maintenance & all Utilities in the plant like Chillers, MTC, Hoper Dryers, Dehumidifier Dryers, Online and Offline Granulators, Forklift, Robots, Cooling Tower etc.
  • Working Knowledge of different types of Pneumatic assembly machines and Wrapping Machines.
  • Monthly Breakdown analysis and give daily report to management by MIS report.
  • Maintaining record of Shutdown and breakdown.
  • To Implementing machine PM schedule.
  • To control excessive failure by preventive maintenance and maintain electrical system and equipment, Including regular Inspection and Troubleshooting.
  • Calculating MTTR MTBF, Monthly Dashboard Presentation with KPI.
  • Control the PLC program setting.
  • Solve the Major/Minor Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic problems.
  • Monitor and coordination of New Machine Installation activity as per installation schedule.
  • Do Low-Cost Projects for better Process Improvement/ Cost reduction.
  • Responsible for Procurement & Management of machinery spare parts as per MSL
  • Do chemical handling & management, waste material handling.
  • Manpower handling and shift schedule management.
  • To maintain 5s & Safety on machine shop floor and entire Plant.
  • To maintain ISO- 45001:2018, OHSAS- 18001:2007, EMS & ENMS document.
