Job Description: Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer ===================================================== Summary We are seeking an experienced Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the organization at trade exhibitions and events, visiting customers to generate new business, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong technical and commercial skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Represent the organization at trade exhibitions and events to promote products and servicesVisit customers and potential customers to generate new business and build relationshipsEnsure achievement of sales targets through effective planning and time managementHandle customer issues and technical/commercial requirements in a timely and professional mannerProvide technical solutions and clarification to customers to ensure their satisfactionEnsure timely quotation delivery to customers through proper planning and time managementEnsure proper documentation, including LOI, contract, and clearance of drawingsManage advance and further collections as per schedule/commitmentImplement Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with ISO standardsHand over project sites to FOD on a timely basisEnsure timely updating of projects in ERPMonitor completion of contractual formalities within the cycle timeAdhere to all process and documentation as per ISO standardsPerform any other job assigned by the Management from time to time Requirements Requirements: Minimum 7 years, Engineering / Building material Industry. Elevator Industry preferable. B.E. / MBA
