**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Drafting and Preparation of Legal Documents**:

- Proficiently draft and prepare a wide range of legal documents, including but not limited to Sale deeds, Development Agreements, Power of Attorneys, Agreement to Sale, Arbitration Agreements, Mortgage deeds, Conveyance deed, Memorandum of understanding, possession note/s, Partnership deeds, confidentiality agreements, and other agreements pertaining to Real Estate, banking, and related areas.

**Legal Knowledge**:

- Possess a strong grasp of relevant laws, including RERA provisions, RERA compliances, and laws associated with land acquisition, real estate, and banking.

**Vetting Documents**:

- Skillfully review and vet various legal documents and agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Banking and NBFC Compliance**:

- Demonstrate sound knowledge of banking and NBFC document requirements and compliance procedures.
- Participate in the registration of various documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in drafting and conveyancing.
- Exceptional command of both Marathi and English languages for effective pleading, drafting, and communication.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA provisions, and land acquisition regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

**Salary**: From ₹60,000.00 per month

- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
