Humancloud is a fast-growing software development company seeking a proactive Corporate Lawyer to manage contracts, compliance, and legal operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Contract Drafting & Review**
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, employment agreements, and international service contracts.
- Align jurisdiction clauses with international clients (e.g., U.S., Singapore).
- Support HR with employment policies and contracts.

**Data Privacy & Compliance**
- Ensure company compliance with **GDPR**, **CCPA**, and **India’s DPDP Act**.
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure secure data storage and processing (e.g., EU data residency compliance).

**EULA & Licensing**
- Draft and maintain **End User License Agreements (EULA)** for proprietary platforms like **Teamcast**.
- Ensure licensing terms accurately define user responsibilities and data policies.
- Collaborate with HR and tech teams to implement user agreements across clients and platforms.

**AI & Emerging Technology Risk**
- Monitor legal and ethical risks associated with **AI-based tools** and **ethical hiring**.
- Help develop policies on AI governance, transparency, and fairness.

**Legal Issue Management**
- Handle legal escalations, reputational risk, and prepare preventive legal notices.
- Draft and respond to legal notices in a timely and effective manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Business Law preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in **contract law**, **data privacy**, or **technology law**.
- Sound understanding of **GDPR**, **CCPA**, **India’s DPDP Act**, and global legal frameworks.
- Familiarity with arbitration processes and neutral jurisdictions.
- Experience with EULA, SaaS licensing, or platform-based agreements is an added advantage.
- Strong legal drafting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
