Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Lawyer at Aanand Nirmal and Associates. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for handling complex legal matters, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court. Daily tasks will include managing litigation cases, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, conducting legal research, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Corporate Law, International Law
  • Strong civil and commercial litigation skills and minimum experience of handling same of 7 plus years
  • Expertise in property matters and contract drafting
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, with a preference for advanced legal education
  • Membership in a relevant professional organization is a plus
