Junior Lawyer

To be a helping hand to senior lawyer regarding the case representation. To maintain secrecy and integrity of the proceeding regarding the cases of the organization. To be proven as effective communicator to the Management regarding the various legal cases. To maintain the secrecy of the functions and the proceedings of the organization. Interpret laws, and rules pertaining to case under the guidance of Seniors. Conduct the research analysis of legal issues with the permission of senior lawyer. Maintain the communication in between various Departments of the organization. To maintain the good coordination with the various empaneled lawyers and Firms. To be the team player and good coordinator amongst the various Departments. To follow the directives provided by the Management from time to time.
- Excellent command over English and Legal Drafting. Local Language awareness required. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to grow and establish key relationships. Able to obtain cooperation from both internal and external Departments. Proven track record pertaining to case history. Strong organizational skills, time management and presentation skills with a professional business approach. Experience of working to tight deadlines and meeting legal requirements. Team-player and ability to work on various initiatives originated by the Management. Excellent attention to detail. Strong IT knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel for the purpose of Company Business.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
