**Role Objectives**
- Demonstrate in-depth expertise in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Maritime Law, and Business Law.
- Provide legal counsel aligned with regulatory frameworks while upholding the company’s core values and ethical standards.
- Mitigate legal risks by ensuring full compliance with corporate and maritime law.
- Assess ongoing and upcoming projects to verify adherence to relevant legal standards, particularly corporate and maritime regulations.
- Stay updated with evolving national and international laws, ensuring continuous legal alignment across operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver clear, accurate legal advice as and when required by the organization.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents to safeguard the company’s interests, ensuring strict compliance with corporate and maritime laws.
- Lead and manage junior legal staff, including corporate lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants.
- Regularly review and update internal legal policies to reflect changes in law and best practices.
- Advise senior management and stakeholders on legal strategies and risk mitigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support strategic decisions involving mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other critical transactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or BA LLB) with specialization in Company and Maritime Law from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Bar Council of India.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of corporate legal frameworks.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
